Disclaimer: We will keep your pottery item on the pick-up shelf for 30 days.  After that 30 day period the pottery piece becomes property of Café Kiln and we will keep it for display or donate it to charity. Also, Cafe' Kiln does not give refunds. All sales are final. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen in the kiln that are beyond our control. If your piece is damaged in our kiln, we will either fix it or allow you to paint the same piece again for free. We DO NOT give refunds, due to the fact that the paint, glazing, firing and the piece are not retrievable. Thank you for understanding.
